CE Drivers for Every
Transport Sector
DriversHub covers five road transport segments with profiles specific to cargo type, certification, and route. All drivers in the active pool hold a valid CE licence, current CAP, and a verifiable minimum of 2 years' experience.
Active pool: 100+ profiles from Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Uzbekistan. Ukrainian drivers available with immediate work authorisation via Temporary Protection (Royal Decree-Law 6/2022).
General Freight — FTL and LTL
CE drivers with experience on national and international routes. Valid CE licence, current CAP, digital tachograph. Recommended minimum experience: 3 years on articulated trailer.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY
40+ UA/MD drivers with general freight profile. UA drivers with Temporary Protection available for onboarding in 1–2 weeks from candidate proposal. KZ/MD drivers: 3–4 weeks with documentation already initiated.
Operational note
International FTL transport requires verifying the DGT bilateral agreement for the driver's country of origin before assigning routes outside Spain. DriversHub verifies DGT feasibility before proposing a candidate.
Temperature-Controlled — Refrigerated and Pharmaceutical
Drivers with cold chain training: temperature management (+2°C/+8°C food, -18°C frozen), temperature recorder use, ATP transport notes. For pharmaceutical transport: basic GDP knowledge.

20+ UA/MD drivers with temperature-controlled experience. This sector has the highest seasonal demand (summer): pool reinforced with a reserve of pre-validated candidates.
Operational note
Pharmaceutical transport requires a clean temperature incident history. DriversHub provides verifiable references from previous employers for pharmaceutical profiles.
ADR — Hazardous Goods
Valid ADR certificate mandatory (renewal every 5 years). The relevant ADR class must match the goods being transported.

POOL RESTRICTION
No profiles are offered for ADR Class 1 (explosives), Class 6 (toxic/infectious), or Class 7 (radioactive).
Operational note
The user company must verify that the vehicle has the required ADR equipment (extinguisher, orange markings, emergency kit) before onboarding. DriversHub verifies the driver's ADR certificate, not the vehicle equipment.
Parcel and Distribution — Last Mile
C or CE licence depending on tonnage. Experience on fixed delivery routes with high stop counts (15–60 stops/day). Use of PDAs and delivery management apps.

Operational note
Delivery incident rates (failed deliveries, damage) can be assessed with references from previous employers. Request this explicitly when hiring.
Construction and Materials — Tipper, Tanker, Mixer
Valid CE licence and experience in construction environments: manoeuvring in confined spaces, gravity or pump discharge. For crane trucks: crane operator certificate (IAPRL or equivalent regional authority).

10+ UA/KZ drivers with construction and materials experience. High-demand profile in spring-summer. Recommended lead time: minimum 2 weeks.
Operational note
Crane truck drivers with a crane operator certificate are the scarcest profiles in the pool. If your need is crane, communicate it in the initial briefing — DriversHub will activate an extended search via the TridentLogistic network.
FAQ — Sectors and Profiles
Do you have drivers with a valid ADR certificate available immediately?
Yes, for Class 3 (fuels and flammable liquids) there are 15+ UA and MD drivers with a valid ADR certificate. For other classes (Class 2 gases, Class 8 corrosives) availability is lower — we respond within 24 hours with pool candidates. The ADR certificate is verified before proposing a candidate: DriversHub delivers a copy of the certificate together with the profile dossier.
Can temperature-controlled drivers who have not driven in Spain work in refrigerated transport?
Yes. Experience in cold chain does not require having worked specifically in Spain — temperature standards (ATP, recording systems) are identical across the EU. UA and MD drivers have worked with European operators in Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany. DriversHub verifies references from previous employers in the refrigerated sector before proposing a profile.
For urban distribution, do I need CE licence drivers or is C sufficient?
It depends on the vehicle. Rigid delivery trucks of 12–18 tonnes require a C licence. If you operate semi-trailer feed trucks or articulated trailer trucks, CE is required. For vans up to 3.5 tonnes, category B is sufficient. DriversHub confirms the exact licence requirement in the initial briefing at no additional cost.
